The Sports Houses
Each CIMB Sports House champions a different EPICC value, but all are united by one #teamCIMB spirit.
CIMB Sports Houses
Rally your House and make every point count. Five Houses enter the race, but only one will be crowned CIMB Sports House Champion 2026.
| EPICC Value | Symbol | Significance |
|---|---|---|
| Enabling Talent | Figure reaching for a star | Empowering individuals to discover their strengths and reach their full potential. |
| Passion | Flame | The energy, determination and inner drive that inspires action and excellence. |
| Integrity & Accountability | Shield | Acting with honesty, responsibility and trust while standing by one's commitments. |
| Collaboration | Three interlocking forms | Different people and teams coming together, supporting one another to achieve shared success. |
| Customer-Centricity | Four figures surrounding a shared space | Placing people at the centre by working together to create the best outcomes for customers. |
The House Flags
Inspired by the tradition of sports house flags, the banner represents unity, pride and a shared House identity. Its symmetrical form reflects balance and consistency, reinforcing the idea that while each House champions a different EPICC Value, they are united under one common purpose. Each icon is designed to reflect the essence of its respective EPICC Value.
How The Houses Work
- Employees will be assigned across five Sports Houses, bringing together colleagues from different departments and levels across CIMB.
- Each House will appoint a House Leader & Deputy House Leader to guide participation, and team spirit.
- House Points will be earned through the pre-event challenges and at the Grand Finale, giving every House multiple opportunities to move up the standings.
- At the end of CIMB Sports Day 2026, the House with the highest final points total will be crowned Champion House.
